Live Review: LISTEN: Gung Ho 'Side by Side'

‘Side by Side’ is a sweet new track from Brisbane indie pop boys, GUNG HO. The song is really anything but ‘gung ho.’ It’s actually pretty chill, almost shoegaze in nature, with dreamy vocals. It kind of feels like vocalist, Oliver Duncan is linking his arm with yours and you’re about to go skipping off into the sunset. Hold me. 

It’s got some very beachy vibes. So we’re going to take this track to heart and cross our fingers for warmer days. One last beach day before winter sets in PLEASE.

Oh and hey Queenslanders, Gung Ho have a fair few gigs around the place- Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane- in the coming weeks. And tonight, they’re supporting Last Dinosaurs in Toowoomba.
