Live Review: Trophy Wife 'Canopy Shade' + Chad Valley Remix

UK post-pop act TROPHY WIFE have enlisted the likes of Ewan Pearson, Plaid and Foals’ frontman, Yannis Philippakis to help produce their forthcoming Bruxism EP, out November 4th.

It’s a great example of organic sounding electronic music in the same vein as Caribou or Gold Panda with an upbeat, punchy drive. Oxford native Chad Valley of British outfit Jonquil is on the remix with a comparatively busy sounding adaptation; it’s fuzzy and loveable without ever loosing the point.
