Major Raiser Presents: Tickets For Tucker

Major Raiser mastermind Dom Greenwood has come to the realisation that “It’s not cheap to run an orphanage…but it’s very easy to party.”  He stands by it so strongly he was about to get it tattooed has a tramp stamp but instead enlisted the help of some of the best local talent to throw TICKETS FOR TUCKER, a huge fundraiser party.

Headlining the bill is a Sydney band well deserving of all the triple j love, NEW NAVY.  Their infectious guitars and upbeat melodies will inevitably help you dance away all your worries while simultaneously helping out those with a lot to worry about.  Also raising the roof and funds are SKRYPTCHA, RAPIDS, MONKS OF MELLONWAH, SYDNEY GIRLS CHOIR, PATRICK AND THE DEEP END, MAJOR RAISER DJ’S as well as the creative minds of INTERWOVEN providing an inspiring art space.

Tickets are only $24 with a honourable $20 of that going towards providing vital funds for an orphanage called Botshabelo, in Magaliesburg, approx. 2 hours from Johannesburg. The team at Major Raiser have done the hard yards so all we have to do is rock up, have a beer, listen to some awesome music and then brag about how we just changed the world Miss America style.
